AutoBinck Group has joined the Workplace Pride Foundation!

As part of its global sustainability journey (GoBetter!) AutoBinck Group signed the Workplace Pride membership on March 1st. With the signing of the membership AutoBinck Group commits to be a dedicated employer regarding the awareness on and implementation of broad diversity and inclusion goals (such as SDG 8.5 and 10.2) and developing a working environment where openness and equality are fundamental.

Workplace Pride will help and guide AutoBinck Group in the coming years on the establishment and implementation of a diversity and inclusion program including policies and standards. With the help of the Workplace Pride Foundation AutoBinck Group strives toward becoming a proven inclusive workplace where all employees of all AutoBinck entities in all countries can and should be themselves, without any discrimination.

What is Workplace Pride?

Workplace Pride is a not for profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, Intersex and Queer (LGBTIQ+) people in workplaces worldwide. They strive for a world of inclusive workplaces where LGBTIQ+ people can truly be themselves, are valued and, through their contributions, help to lead the way for others.
