Today Automotive MediaVentions (AMV) and AutoBinck Group announced that the online car platform Bynco will be acquired by Automotive MediaVentions, parent company of, AutoTrack and AutoWereld.

With 4.5 million monthly visitors, AMV is the leader in the Dutch online car market. With the addition of Bynco, cars can now also be purchased completely online.
Bynco was founded 6 years ago by AutoBinck as the first online car platform where potential buyers are also helped independently and personally. From finding the right car up to delivery at the buyers front door.

Sander van den Hout, director of AMV: “Bynco is the perfect addition to our current platforms and . With the acquisition of Bynco, we are taking a step further in the service we offer the car buyer, namely the convenience of buying a car online. Car companies plug into a running e-commerce platform without having to make any investment. This means that they also have an extra salesperson 24/7 outside opening hours of the showroom, with whom they can address an 'online-only' customer group that would otherwise be difficult to reach. Together with the car companies, we strengthen our competitive position in relation to foreign (pure) online retailers.”

Jeroen Veldman, director of Bynco: “Since 2017, we have opened up the used car market with the establishment of Bynco. Year over year we have grown considerably in the number of cars on the platform and in sales, but also in the service we offer car dealers and buyers. By joining forces with the AMV brands, we can further accelerate this growth. The reach of the AMV brands means that many more car buyers can benefit from the advantages of buying their next car online. The car companies will have accelerated access to a considerably larger market with which they can significantly increase the number of sales transactions.”
