Farewell to Hans Kwaad after more than twenty years at AutoBinck Group

After more than twenty years with AutoBinck Group, spread over two periods, we will say goodbye this summer to our Chief Business Development Officer, Hans Kwaad. Hans has played a visible and meaningful role at AutoBinck Group at many moments. He was involved in multiple phases of growth, development, and change. His experience, knowledge, and commitment have left a strong mark on AutoBinck Group, both in our traditional businesses and in building the Mobinck division, where his forward-looking vision helped identify and develop new markets.

As Chief Business Development Officer, Hans guided several companies and teams. He also played a key role in AutoBinck’s transition from traditional to new business activities. In that context, he served in several roles:

• Interim CEO at EV Company from 2023 to December 2025;
• Interim CEO at Toogethr in 2022;
• Interim CEO at Zelfstroom from 2021 to 2022;
• Advisory Board Member at SnappCar for nearly nine years;
• Advisory Board Member at Zelfstroom for three and a half years.

Many people also know Hans as Managing Director of Hyundai importer Greenib Car, later Hyundai Motor Nederland, where he was responsible for import activities, first on behalf of AutoBinck and later on behalf of Hyundai Motor.

We are very grateful to Hans for his long-standing commitment and for the contribution he has made to the development and positioning of AutoBinck Group and its affiliated companies.
