Noorderlicht is a progressive software company developing the energy system of the future. With our Smart Asset Management platform, installers, housing associations and asset owners can manage devices in homes, such as solar panels, heat pumps, charging stations and home batteries, brand-independently and optimise them for own generation and dynamic energy prices.

The platform collects real-time data via the easy-to-install P1 Gateway, local gateways or via product suppliers' API, providing immediate or even proactive insight into energy consumption, performance and maintenance needs. Smart control ensures optimum use of renewable energy, e.g. by using solar energy directly for heat or storing it for later use, resulting in lower energy costs. Noorderlicht's WijkDimmer® allows grid operators to intelligently control appliances and reduce peak loads on the electricity grid, without reducing the comfort of residents.
