Ernie van Huet appointed Director of Product Management & Purchasing
The rapidly evolving market demands new perspectives, which is why an increasing number of leading positions within PartsPoint Group are being filled by managers with experience from outside the automotive industry.
Ernie van Huet (54) was appointed as Director of Product Management & Purchasing on 15 June 2016. He joins PartsPoint from outside the automotive industry, having gained experience in the B-to-B retail industry and B-to-B online sales at Makro Nederland and Staples Office Centre Benelux. He has previously held various commercial positions within the professional fields of Product Management, Category Management, Planogramming, Pricing, Marketing and Supply Chain Management. He has also been closely involved with various European projects for Staples.

Mr Van Huet will report directly to Peter Meyer, Director of Central Operations.
The appointment of Mr Van Huet means that Paul Greijn will vacate the position, which he has occupied on an interim basis for nearly a year. However, Mr Greijn will remain within the ranks of PartsPoint Group; he has accepted the position of Sales Manager at Staadegaard Automotive and Technische Centrale. This position corresponds well with his ambition to progress his career by moving into a position with an emphasis on sales. As Sales Manager, he will play a leading and determining role, and PartsPoint Group will retain his knowledge and expertise.
